This web site is not affiliated with eBay and has no formal relation with eBay. It also does not receive any technical assistance from eBay. The services we provide on this site are possible only because you can do it yourself directly on eBay. We believe that the value of our service is in automating many laborious tasks. Relisting on eBay is one such laborious task.
Power Relister is a very powerful tool. It can relist hundreds of auctions in just a matter of a few minutes. Ocassionally some user may inadvertently "re-post" the 'relist page'. This results in relisting many auctions multiple times. NOTE you do not have to press the submit button multiple times to "re-post" a page. This problem is very dependent on the browser type, browser configuration and setup as well as the users' experience on how to use their own browsers properly. We cannot be responsible if your auctions are accidentaly relisted multiple times. Whenever you accidentaly relist your auctions multiple times you should immediately bomb the duplicate ones using our bomb tool and ask for listing fees credit from eBay. Our experience shows that eBay always gives credit in such cases. We will also issue you appropriate PRC in such cases. Power Relister relies on eBay sell page form. eBay changes that form quite frequently. In such cases Power Relister which was working properly before might not do so. We agree to fix Power Relister in a reasonable time frame in such cases. We will first post the problem on the Power Relister page so that the user may take note of such problem. Actual fixing of the problem will take place later. |
